As Sims 2 is an older game you'll have to contact an EA Game Advisor to have it added to your Origin account. I managed to get help with downloading a file that allowed me to install all the expansion packs, but the problem is the game now crashes after about 15 minutes of playing with a household. I installed my sims 2 games from disk (win 10) and it was a pretty long process. A lot of trouble shooting. It’s usually a different problem on different pcs. For me it wouldnt instsll bc it said it was dangerous to install. I would personally advise you to just download the complete collection and use the install instructions.
